Sponsorships

You will receive 5 week long passes, 20 one-day passes, a 4’ x 8’  metal sign provided by the fair to hang on the fairgrounds  all week, a 10’ x 10’ booth space to advertise your business for the week, a Facebook posting, posting on our website with a link to the homepage of your business, an announcement of sponsorship at all 4-H events & grandstand events, and electronic sign posting of your business all week.

 You receive: 2 week-long passes, 12 one-day passes, a 10’x10’ booth to advertise in the McCormick building, listed on our Facebook page, a listing on out website with a link attachment, and an electronic signposting of your business. Your provided banner is also placed on the fairgrounds.

 You receive: 2 week-long passes, announced during every livestock event, listed on our website, a banner (provided by the fair) that will hang throughout the week in the show arena to the daytime and evening events.

This includes the following shows: Rabbits, Poultry, Cattle, Swine, Goats, Sheep, Llamas/Alpacas, and end of the week auction.

 You receive: 1 week-long pass, website listing, and we will hang your provided signage all week on the grounds.

These events can be grandstand events or  VU Pavilion events. 

Examples include: demolition derby, junk yard race, and little Mr. & Miss contest 

3’x5’ sign provided by fair to be displayed on the grandstand wall all week, listing on the website and Facebook. Will be announced during all grand strand events. 

3x5 sign first year sponsor $350; returning years is $300
